Create Repo
To create a repository, click on New > New Repo from the top menu on the Document Management home screen.
- In the Name field, enter a suitable name for the repository. It is recommended to use a unique name. This field is required.
- In the Description field, enter a brief description about the purpose or content of the repository. This field is optional.
- If the repository will be accessed with different interface languages, click the localization button next to the fields to provide definitions for other languages.
- After entering this information, click the Save button to complete the creation of the repository.
After creating the repository, the following customizations can be made:
- Create Tags: Tags can be added to the repository, making it easier to categorize files added to the repository.
- Restrictions: Allowed file types for the repository can be defined, and a maximum file size limit can be set.

- Indexing Options: Processors such as Apache Tika or AzureCognitiveComputerVisionOCR can be selected for indexing the content of files in the repository.

- New File Operations: When a new file is added to the repository, a workflow can be triggered for the added file.
